Intelligencer 2008 July 9 - Award winners - Eden Place residents, staff and families dressed in Hawaiian outfits to participate in a luau Sunday evening to mark an important milestone in the 18-month history of the Everett Street retirement residence. The 22,000 square foot bulding has been recognized by Natural Resources Canada with an "Ecoenergy Award" for its design that saves energy and reduces greenhouse gas.
