Keewaytinok Native Legal Services Meeting 2008 December 11th

Meeting of Keewaytinok Native Legal Services in Moosonee on December 11th, 2008. Keewaytinok provides free legal services to low income people and their organizations in its service area. This evening's meeting honoured our Board Member and Elder, Maude Tyrer, who has served in that position for ten years and also our departing staff lawyer, Fintan Lee, who is leaving Moosonee after seven years here to work at the West Toronto legal clinic. Fintan was presented with a Weeneebayko silk screen print by the late Richard Kamalatisit in recongition of his service to this area.
